Our current charges are as follows:

Call-out, including the first hour £120.00 (Inc VAT) and £57.00 (Inc VAT) per half hour thereafter for any additional work including return visits. 

Gas Boiler Service £132.00 (Inc VAT) and £57.00 (Inc VAT) per half hour thereafter for any additional work including return visits. 

Oil Boiler Service £198.00 (Inc VAT) and £57.00 (Inc VAT) per half hour thereafter for any additional work including return visits. 

Aga and Rayburn Service £225.00 (Inc VAT) and £57.00 (Inc VAT) per half hour thereafter for any additional work including return visits. 

Landlord’s Gas Safety Record, including boiler service £150.00 (Inc VAT) with any additional appliances at £60.00 (Inc VAT) each.  All larger installations, such as Bathrooms, Boilers and Central Heating, and anything deemed necessary will be provided in writing.
